Cafe hangout

Based on this: [link] AND Lueni's idea from forever ago to draw adult Dove and Phoenix lookin' epic with their long adult hair. But neither of us ever got around to that. I decided to get around to it last night. XD

And I wanted to draw Dove in a not-depressing picture. So I drew her being calm, and instead of Phoenix being her listener like she was in the original, Dove's listening to Phoenix. And being all calm, chill, adult-Dove like. :3

(I dunno what Laurence wears in civvies, halp.)

It's not finished yet, but when it is, it will be posted as a scan instead of a photograph. And I might redraw it because I think something went a bit wonky with anatomy (I don't know why Laurence is so much bigger than Dove). Also I drew this from 1am to 3am, and it feel obvious I was tired. lD

I experimented with using "runner" anatomy on Phoe's legs. owo; That's why she has awesome calves.

Fun fact: it WILL have Nightide, Leyla, and Srentha in the background, along with lots and lots bookshelves~ ^^ (I remember huge Borders bookstores used to have little cafes, and most of them were down a small flight of stairs or otherwise separated from the bookshelves... :} )

Yeah, everyone's hanging out in casual alter-ego wear. lD Except Srentha, since he doesn't even have a hero-ego. (LUENI HALP WHAT WOULD NIGHTTIDE BE WEARING....??? or if it's totally ooc for him to be there, hanging out with everyone at a bookstore XD, let me know and I'll. You know. Not put him in. 8D; )
